- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6.Accuracy Statement
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include:
Required Information for Counter-Notice
1.Physical or Electronic Signature
- Your physical or electronic signature
2.Identification of Removed Material
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal or disabling
3.Good Faith Statement
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
4.Consent to Jurisdiction
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the complainant who filed the original DMCA notice
Counter-Notice Process Timeline
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification:
- We will provide a copy of the counter-notification to the original complainant
- We will inform the complainant that we will replace the removed material in 10-14 business days
- We will replace the removed material between 10-14 business days following receipt of the counter-notice, unless our Copyright Agent receives notice that the complainant has filed a legal action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity
Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We may also, in our sole discretion, limit access to our website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing or was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
Our Response to Valid DMCA Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
1.Acknowledge Receipt
- Confirm receipt of your notice within a reasonable timeframe
2.Review Content
- Review the allegedly infringing material identified in your notice
3.Remove or Disable Access
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if we determine the notice is valid
4.Notify User
- Notify the user who posted the material about the removal and provide information about the counter-notification process
5.Document Action
- Maintain records of DMCA notices and our responses as required by law
Limitations
Please understand that:
- We are not responsible for determining whether content actually infringes copyright
- We may not be able to remove content that is not hosted on our servers
- Some content may be protected by fair use or other legal doctrines
- We may seek legal advice before acting on complex or unclear notices
Safe Harbor Compliance
munybosba.com qualifies for safe harbor protection under the DMCA. We:
- Do not have actual knowledge of infringing activity
- Are not aware of facts or circumstances from which infringing activity is apparent
- Upon obtaining knowledge or awareness of infringing activity, act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material
